    VINTAGE BISQUE CHINESE MINIATURE DOLL
    Charming vintage miniature Chinese boy doll measuring about 6-1/2" in size. Featuring a lovely bisque head with hand painted features, molded ears and sleep eyes, he wears a traditional, top, pants and hat with attached braid. Arms and legs are paper mache, string jointed -- shoes are simply black painted soles, and he has a squeeker box that still works when you press his belly.
    Bearing a Chinese character and 4 on the neck back, condition is fair with lots of age related soiling and wear to his clothing - his head is no longer attached to his body - I will include the wood stick that I managed to pull out of the head area - I don't think it was original to the doll. He displays just fine in a seated position with the neck tucked into the shoulder area. Think he is just so cute - fun addition to any doll collection or display!
