4 Lockstitch Edgewater EMCO Industrial Quilting Machines 6013 + Xtras + Longarms

Up for sale is 4 industrial quilting machines with tons of accessories and spare parts. They are Edgewater  machines. Im not sure what the difference in each machine is but one is an
EMCO 6013 (Im not an expert on these) I bought an old building that was a thriving quilting factory back in the mid to late 80's. One day the owner came in and told all the employees to go home because they had shut down, so machines were simply turned off and never got turned back on. You can see the string and material still loaded in the machines. I am friends with the man who was in charge of maintenance while the factory was opened so he is very familiar with these machines and is confident that they will be easily up and running again and new string and some tinkering and removing the surface rust of parts of the machines.
They are lock stitch - 3 Phase machines.
They are extremely heavy but there is a loading dock right outside the door to the room they are stored in.

There are also several smaller long arm machines that are believed to be in working order, please take a look at all the pictures to see what you will be getting. I have not tested any of these items.
There are also 100s of antique quilting stitch patterns (the picture with tubes/paper inside)
