    Antique 1930’s Bisque Frozen Charlottes Dolls Japan.
    Picturedhere are 2 vintage bisque porcelain penny dolls from the 1930’s. These sweetlittle porcelain dolls stand about 3 inches tall and are made of bisqueporcelain.
    They havepainted on facial features and red heart lips. Their yellow painted on hair isdone in the flapper style. One doll had a dress at one time made of black crepepaper; all that is left is the crepe paper sleeves. Both dolls are marked ontheir back “JAPAN”.
    These dollsare hollow and after being poured a plug is added at their feet, the blacksleeved doll’s plug was not perfect, see picture.
