Description
It measures 12.25" X 9.75" X 1/4" (or more)This is an open book style with very nice brown leather outer surface. Inside there is also fine grain leather on the left area with open pockets. There is one large paper pocket and two lower smaller pockets for cards or notes. The right hand side is an appropriate holder for a large paper pad or a slot for important papers. There are two pen holder loops. Although near vintage this is in great condition and still has a label inside attached to one seam stating Top Grain Leather, made in China and the identifying numbers. The only flaw as mentioned above, is the two tiny dents (not scratches or cuts) on the front and the rest of the leather surface is perfect.

I pack items with care but when the carrier takes possession, I can’t guarantee safety. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping transit, You, the Buyer, agree to file the insurance claim with the U.S. Post Office for reimbursement. I will send you the necessary receipts for you to file a claim with the Post Office. It is YOUR responsibility to file a claim for any insured items that are damaged because that is what Insurance is purchased for. This is the U.S. Post Office requirement and this information is found on their web site on the “File A Claim” page. I can NOT file claims with the Post Office for you. E Bay might tell you differently, but the U.S. Postal Regulations and Requirements are very clear. In order for the claim to be processed with the Post Office, the receiver of the damaged item must file the claim at their local Post Office or you may file online. You will need to keep the damaged item, the box with the labels on it, and all of the original packing materials as the Post Office may require them for proof of damage.
If the item is broken or damaged during shipping (I ALWAYS inspect everything before it leaves here) and there is insurance on the item, the claim must be started at the buyer's location and should not be returned to me. Always contact me to make sure that you have everything you need to do this. I wrap very well and don't expect there to be any problems.
