This listing is a for one brand new Silver Lake Fabrication IBC tote cover. These crates typically come with a fluid tank and are made with steel tubing for the crate itself. People often use these steel crates for firewood or other bulk materials. The crate cover in this listing has outside dimensions of that are 48"x40" (footprint) and 40" tall, which is made for a crate that has a footprint of 40"x48" and a height of no less than 40" (typically 42-46"). This cover was designed in-house and is USA made with durability and longevity in mind. The base sheet of this cover is made from a super durable 22 oz. vinyl coated polyester material, which is the same material that has been used on tractor trailer covers, as well as our line of tractor covers and utility tarps for years. This is an ultra tear resistant material that's designed for use between -40 and 180 degrees F, so you don't have to worry about it cracking or melting if you're in a super cold or hot climate. To minimize the effects of sun baking, we also use light gray material for the base sheet of each cover. This cover has a has a 24" wide opening on one side covered with a 28" wide flap type door with Velcro strips on either side, and 16 3/16" thick zinc plated steel D-rings installed with 2" wide reinforcement webbing for strength. Under the door flap, we also have two inward facing D-rings to make sure that you can tighten the cover around the crate. Please be aware that

WARRANTY
Our covers come with a 6 month warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This period starts the day that the cover leaves the factory. If you receive a cover and find a defect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace the cover at no cost to you after pictures of the defect are received. Knife cuts, crash damage, road rash, fire damage, explosions, and abuse are not covered under warranty.
PAYMENT TERMS

SHIPPING
Our covers are all built-to-order and typically ship 5-7 business days after the purchase is made. We ship with UPS Ground service and cannot ship to a PO box address. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE INCLUDED FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY FOR ADDRESSES WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US. We will not ship this product line outside the continental US. Any order that comes through with a shipping address outside the lower 48 US states will be cancelled.
