This is a Pair of Antique Miniature 4" Bisque Dolls, a Boy and a Girl.
At the time of the original listing, this was one of several antique and vintage dolls, and related items, being listed.  The dolls were purchased over 30 years ago at antiques fairs and other venues, in 1990 when my family and I lived in England for the whole year. We also have quite a variety of other antique and vintage figurines in our ebay store.
These charming 4" dolls have hand painted bisque heads, and bisque forearms and lower legs and feet.  The bodies are made from cloth.  The boy has a cloth hat with chin strap.  It was with the boy doll when we purchased it and was thought to be original to that doll.
We were not able to find out whether the dolls were made in England where we purchased them or another country, nor specifically how old they are.  The appear to have quite a bit of age, we thought they were likely old enough to be formally antique, even 30 years ago when we acquired them.
PLEASE NOTE:  No stands, boxes, or other items we use for the photos of our items that are not original to those items are included in the listing unless explicitly stated in the description.  In this case, the two miniature doll stands are not included with the listing.
Condition
The dolls are in very good condition with possible exception of some paint wear on the heads and faces.  Review the photos and make your own assessment in that regard.
The legs are stuffed with some material, but the arms are not and it appears that is the way the arms were originally made.
